THE PASSPORT PACKAGE

for 6-10 people
This package includes:

• Special first-class seating in a box opposite the stage
• Personalised welcome by a hostess
• The printed performance programme
• Free parking for one vehicle at the Bourse Jean-Jaurès and Allées de Tourny car parks
• a glass of Champagne accompanied by cocktail snacks during intermission

THE LOGE EUTERPE PACKAGE

up to 18 people
Your guests can attend a performance in one of the best boxes at the Grand Théâtre and enjoy a glass of Champagne during intermission.

This package includes:

• a private box in the First Gallery opposite the stage with the very best seats in the Grand Théâtre
• Personalised welcome by a hostess
• The printed performance programme
• Free parking for one vehicle at the Bourse Jean-Jaurès and Allées de Tourny car parks
• a glass of Champagne accompanied by cocktail snacks during intermission

These packages are available for certain performances of operas, ballets, and concerts scheduled at the Grand Théâtre.

SOIRÉE DÉCOUVERTE

30 people or more
You can organize a special evening in one of the drawing rooms of the Grand Théâtre revolving around a performance by the Opéra National de Bordeaux.

This package includes:

• First class seating
• Personalised welcome by a hostess
• A reception desk
• The printed performance programme

This package also includes:

• availability of a drawing room for a cocktail during intermission and/or at the end of the performance (the choice of caterer, how much to spend, and what to serve is up to you).

This service is available for groups of 30-100 people.  If there are more than 100 people, an estimate can be sent on request. The maximum duration of a cocktail reception is 2 hours from the time the performance ends.

PRELUDE PACKAGE

This package includes:

• Special first class seating (in the first balcony opposite the stage)
• Personalised welcome by a hostess
• A printed performance programme (extra charge if the programme is not free)
• A coupon to be redeemed for a beverage at the bar during intermission

ORPHEON PACKAGE

This package includes:

• Special first class seating (in the first balcony opposite the stage)
• Personalised welcome by a hostess
• The printed performance programme
• A glass of Champagne served during intermission in a private room

These packages are available for certain performances of operas and concerts scheduled at the Auditorium

Your special event at the Grand Théâtre or at the Auditorium

A magical setting for an unforgettable occasion
Le Grand Théâtre will be glad to be the venue for all your special events:
plenary sessions, seminars, conferences, conventions, meetings, cocktail receptions, lunches, gala evenings, tastings, private concerts, product launches, graduation ceremonies, film production, fashion shows, etc.

Availability of rooms is subject to the Opera's activity, since its schedule of rehearsals and performances is the Grand Théâtre's main vocation. Our rooms are accessible by people with reduced mobility. A lift provides wheelchair access to all parts of the Grand Théâtre on the first floor and other levels of the performance hall.
